Field Missionaries - we are looking for people that are not interested in an ordinary life. Live in various areas of Mexico and develop relationships with the local people. Learn a new language and culture (on the field or training beforehand). You will be assisting with evangelism, church planting and discipling of native people. Be on the front lines of winning people to Christ and expanding His kingdom.

Teaching Staff - come for a week, a month or a year and become a valuable part of expanding the Kingdom of God by sharing your knowledge with Missionaries and/or Native Pastors. Train others from your knowledge and experience as a Pastor, Teacher or from life experience. (Translators available if needed).

Missionary/Native Pastor Training Center Coordinator - use your skills to develop a training program for Missionaries and Native Pastors. A facility is already built in La Haciendita, Mexico, ready for you to move in and oversee its use. Pastoral or previous cultural experience in Mexico helpful.

Guesthouse Staff - looking for servants willing to spend some time in lovely South Texas. From doing dishes to constructing buildings and everything in between. You can come alone, bring a friend or bring your entire family. How about a working family vacation?--A great way to teach your children servanthood, and spend some quality time with them too!

Teachers and Translators - needed for the DMT program a missionary trainig facility that puts North American and Mexican students together in a cross- cultural setting to train and prepare them for ministry. All classes are taught in Spanish and English. Additionally English is taught to the Mexican students and Spanish is taught to the North American Students. Be a part of training the next generation of leaders and go with them on outreach to reach the world with the gospel of Christ.

Summer Staff - love people and looking to impact the American church for Jesus? Want to spend a summer serving God in a foreign culture? Then come and join our exciting summer staff team! Take part in all God is doing with our American teams this summer. Help needed in any skill from videotaping to vehicle maintenance to leading VBS.

Communications Director- email, newsletters, flyers, phone calls, cameras, videos are all part of today's way of communicating. Combine your skills and knowledge in all these areas to help promote God's work in Mexico and encourage our missionaries on the field. Use your creative energy to promote team building within and help expand support from outside the organization. Communications training helpful.

Visiting/Delivery Staff - is traveling your love? Deliver packages and supplies to our Missionaries and Native Pastors in Mexico. What a great way to make your trips extra special. Be a special blessing to Missionaries by visiting them with a little touch of home.
